The move ... was catastrophic, various pieces of furniture were damaged (unfortunately we only noticed when unpacking and setting up), everything took too long ... why? The moving company makes a good and professional impression (and is also good). It's a shame that the manager doesn't cast a skeptical look at the movers employed. The packaging was quite generous (more moving boxes = more €), there were boxes in which only one pillow was or could have been filled with at least 3/4 more.
The colleagues didn't get along at all, in the end only one out of three movers (temporary workers) dragged everything by himself, while the somewhat older gentlemen (trained (?!) Movers) took far too long breaks in between (smoking, in the cellar or in the car entrench or pretend to work and talk more than act).
Not to mention the hygiene .. Sweating is perfectly fine, but pee in the sink ?? Really?? Just disgusting ...

Nonetheless, I think that this was the exception with this company and I hope that no other customer gets the same "professional" employees. Honestly.
